- For General/ EWS/ OBC Candidates: ₹100.00
- For SC/ST/PWD and all female candidates: Free

Age limit
- MTS positions: Minimum age 18 years and Maximum Age 25 years
- Havaldar positions: Minimum age 18 years and Maximum Age 27 years
- Age relaxation is allowed as per the government rules
Education Qualification
- Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th class) from a recognized board

Salary
- The SSC MTS salary structure is based on the 7th Pay Commission recommendations
- Basic Pay: ₹18,000 per month
- Pay Scale: ₹5,200-20,200 + Grade Pay ₹1,800
- Gross Salary: ₹23,000 - ₹26,000 per month
- In-Hand Salary: ₹16,915 - ₹20,245 per month (after deductions)
